Our Process
From raw pellet to dispatched part — every step happens under our roof. No outsourcing, no delays, complete quality control.

Sheet →
Raw thermoplastic pellets are fed into our in-house extrusion line, producing precision-gauge flat sheets in ABS, ASA, Lexan PC, Kydex, and HIPS. Full control over thickness, color, and surface finish.

Tool →
We build our own thermoforming tools in-house — from compact aluminium moulds to XL composite FRP tools spanning over 2 metres. In-house tooling means faster lead times (2–4 weeks), lower cost, and direct engineering control over every forming surface.

Form →
Extruded sheets are heated to forming temperature and drawn over precision aluminum or composite molds using vacuum pressure. Complex 3D geometries with tight tolerances, every time.

Trim →
Formed parts are precision-trimmed on CNC routers for clean edges, accurate hole patterns, and repeatable dimensions. No hand-trimming variability.
Adhesive Bonding
Ultrasonic WeldingAssemble →
Trimmed parts are assembled using ultrasonic welding, adhesive bonding, mechanical fastening, and heat staking. Multi-component assemblies delivered ready to install.

Ship
Finished parts are inspected, packed to specification, and dispatched globally. We ship to the USA, Europe, Middle East, and across India with reliable logistics partners.
Our Portfolio
From small precision housings to XL automotive panels — ABS, ASA, Lexan PC, HIPS, HDPE, and more. Every part engineered, formed, trimmed, and assembled in-house.

Our Ambition
Pushing the boundaries of thermoforming — these are the complex, high-value parts we're building capability for next.
If you're designing parts that push the limits of thermoforming — large panels, deep draws, multi-material assemblies — we want to hear from you. Share your challenge and let's build it together.
No commitment required — just a conversation about your part.
Why Thermoforming?
Thermoforming offers the ideal balance of cost, speed, and quality for medium-volume production. Compare it against traditional manufacturing processes.

CNC-machined aluminum molds vs steel injection molds. Faster ROI, lower risk for new products.
From CAD to first article in weeks, not months. Rapid prototyping and production start.
One of the largest forming capabilities in India. Single-piece parts that eliminate assembly.
No painting required. Color is in the material — scratch-resistant, UV-stable, and consistent.
vs metal fabrication. Lighter parts mean lower shipping costs and better fuel efficiency.
All scrap is re-ground and re-extruded in-house. Zero waste to landfill. Circular manufacturing.
Materials We Process
We extrude and form all materials on our 3 in-house extrusion lines — sheets up to 2,500mm wide and 10mm thick. Full control over thickness, color, texture, and material grade.

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene
Outstanding impact resistance, machinability, and thermoforming characteristics. The workhorse of industrial thermoforming.
Typical Applications
Machine housings, instrument panels, vehicle interiors, luggage shells, appliance panels
Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate
Superior outdoor weatherability — retains gloss, color, and mechanical properties in prolonged UV exposure. The outdoor champion.
Typical Applications
Exterior covers, EV body panels, HVAC covers, garden equipment, windmill nacelle parts
Polycarbonate (Lexan)
Exceptional clarity, impact strength, and temperature resistance. Virtually unbreakable with optical-grade transparency options.
